This Privacy Policy explains how Xcel Payments, LLC d/b/a Xcel Companies ("Xcel," "we," "our," or "us") handles personal information collected through XcelCompanies.com (the "Site") and through communications that begin from the Site.

When you request a payments review or contact us, you may provide your name, work email address, company, phone number, company website, annual processing-volume range, referral source, and information about what you would like to improve. Please do not submit payment card numbers, bank credentials, passwords, or other sensitive financial credentials through the Site.
Technical information
Our hosting, security, and form-processing providers may automatically process standard technical information needed to deliver and protect the Site, such as IP address, browser and device information, request logs, timestamps, and referring pages. The current Site does not intentionally deploy third-party advertising pixels or behavioral-advertising tools.
