Kyle D. Henderson is the Founder of Xcel Companies and launched the organization in 2009.
Kyle is a passionate advisor, entrepreneur and venture catalyst with experience in a wide variety of industries (e.g. credit/debit card payment processing, non-profits, private jets/aviation, commercial real estate, crowdfunding, consumer beverages/products, liquors/spirits, clothing/merchandise, eCommerce, investments, television production, marketing, advertising, earned media, events, etc). — and has been instrumental in the development, growth, and financing of numerous entrepreneurial and established ventures.
XJet
Starting in 2005, Kyle was one of the first three team members with XJet, and helped to develop and refine the organization’s business plan with its Founder and CEO, Josh Stewart. XJet is an exclusive private jet company that combines top-tier service and attention to detail with the finest staff and facilities in the industry. XJet now has locations in London (STN) and Dubai (DWC).
XJet was rated #1 in all of North and South America by Aviation International News (AIN) and was dually recognized as the ‘Best of the Best’ by the Robb Report. XJet also received the prestigious ‘American Architects Award’ as well as two gold ‘Addy Awards’ for marketing and branding excellence.

Kyle is the Founder of Xcel Companies. Xcel is a comprehensive merchant solutions, payment processing, expense reduction, and lending organization that is completely free for any for-profit or non-profit to utilize.

Opportunity Coalition
Kyle Co-Founded the Opportunity Coalition non-profit in 2013. The Opportunity Coalition is a 501(c)4 Social Welfare Organization that promotes and facilitates a business-friendly environment that encourages free enterprise, entrepreneurship, and collaboration.
The Opportunity Coalition hosts powerful, live speaking events with past speakers that include icons and visionaries such as the Founders/CEO's of: ReMax, Keller Williams, the Denver Broncos (NFL), the Colorado Rockies (MLB), Molson Coors Brewing Company, Breckenridge Brewery, 1st Bank, Global Down Syndrome, Baby Einstein, the University of Colorado, and many more.
Northstar
Kyle served as Northstar’s Chief of Staff from 2017 to 2020. Northstar was founded in 2000 and is a full-service commercial real estate investment, development and asset management organization that has owned and managed over 14.4+ million square feet of office, industrial and mixed-use assets around the United States.
“Hanging with the Henderson’s” on Animal Planet
Kyle and his family are featured on the TV show, “Hanging with the Henderson’s”, on Animal Planet (owned by the Discovery Channel). To date, the show has filmed and aired two seasons in international markets.
